How do I access my files after purchase? You'll receive an email with a download link immediately after checkout. You can also access your purchases anytime by logging into your account and visiting your order history.

What file formats are included? Most products are delivered as PDF files, optimized for both screen viewing and printing. Some products may also include editable formats (such as Canva or Google Docs links) — this will be noted in the product description.

Can I download my files again later? Yes! Your download links are available in your order confirmation email and in your account. We recommend saving a copy to your device or cloud storage for easy access anytime.

Do you offer refunds? Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
